Board-certified behavior analysts

Tara Gregori is a graduate of Clemson University, received a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology at the University of South Carolina and completed advanced training in Applied Behavior Analysis at Florida Institute of Technology. In addition to being a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Speech-Language Pathologist, Tara holds certification in early childhood, elementary and special education and is a National Board Certified Teacher in the area of Exceptional Needs.

Tara is the owner and director of Crescent Child Development Services, LLC, which provides behavioral consulting, ABA therapy and speech-language therapy for clients with ASD and other developmental disabilities.  Her previous work experience includes fourteen years as a Preschool Autism Teacher and SLP in the Berkeley County School District in addition to working PRN in private practice, home health, skilled nursing facilities and a local rehabilitation hospital.  Tara is a past president of the South Carolina Speech Language and Hearing Association, past treasurer of the Council of State Association Presidents, past chair of Camp Good Times of Charleston, 2010 recipient of a South Carolina Palmetto Patriot Award and was named the South Carolina Exceptional Educator of the Year by the State Department of Education and the Council for Exceptional Children in 2005. 

 Tabatha Allen is a South Caroline native who graduated from the College of Charleston, studying non-profit business management and finance, as well as fine arts education. During college, Tabatha interned and volunteered with various organizations that aimed to bring fine arts to children and individuals with special needs. This inspired her love for working with children and individuals with special needs. 

Over ten years ago, Tabatha began an entry level position providing applied behavior analysis services to individuals across the Tri-county area and decided to return to school and become a Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst. Tabatha got her BCaBA in 2014 and continued her education, getting a Master of Science in Psychology with a Specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis from Capella University in 2020 and her BCBA in 2021. Tabatha has been the Assistant Director at Crescent Child Development Services since 2014, providing consultative services to children and adolescents with autism. She is married to a very supportive husband and is a mother to a sweet little girl. 

Tara and Tabatha have a proven and established working relationship over the last nine years working at Crescent Child Development Services, LLC providing ABA Therapy.  In October of 2021, they expanded their partnership and dedication to helping children by opening and co-owning Crescent Child Development Center, LLC, a child development center dedicated to an innovative model that provides a safe, nurturing, enriched, and welcoming environment for all children. Together, they are invested in operating a unique, high quality child development center that provides consistent childcare across neurodevelopmental and socioeconomic barriers where children can learn together in an inclusive and accepting environment.
